A "Thank You" Mini album

A mini I made for a friend as a Thank You. I used the "Sweetness" paper pad from Pink Paislee, a collection that I loved and had a lot of fun playing with it. I've used tons of flowers and butterflies as it was what I felt goes perfect with these papers. The album itself it's a dollar one from Michael's that I received in a swap. A Friendship Card

I made this card using the Gypsy Market paper collection by 7Gypsies and was inspired by a sketch I saw at Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #75 (MMSC75) and I liked. The orange flower is a chipboard flower I bought and then I added a "blingy" brad. The "friends" word has been popped up and then added gold stickles.

My "Christmas Mini"

Finally I finished my Christmas Mini :DDD I have used the Christmas Past collection by G45 and embellishments from Basic Grey, Making Memories, Prima, etc. I normally don't use all these brands at the same time but I wanted to be a very special mini as it's a present for my parents. I will do a video of it showing all the tags, pockets, etc and upload it to my YT channel: eluniversoencantado.

Another sneak peak (nearly there!)

I'm getting there.... buf! this one it's been a hard one ;) What you see it's the back of the front cover (10x10). Hopefully I'm going to be able to finish it today or tomorrow :D

Back from holidays

I've been away a few days for holidays discovering a bit of the aussie outback. What a great and beautiful place to explore!

Anyway, meanwhile I wasn't here I received a couple of parcels from two mini swaps I was in. I've made a video of the first to arrive (by date) and planning to do the second one as soon as possible. Both of them will be at my YT channel ( " eluniversoencantado" ).

A "Thank you" card

I'm not a huge fan of making cards but I have to do a "thank you" one for a scrappy friend. After a while, this is the result. I used scraps from my stash for the background. The lollipop flower is handmade by me combining lace and satin. The brad in the centre is from Kaisercraft. I made also the stick pin and I incorporated in it a butterfly charm. Gatefold mini album for a swap

This is the Gatefold mini album I made for Yer (who I met at "the scrapbeach"). She told me she likes pale colours and shabby chic style and I tried to reflect this on the album. It is my first attempt to make a gatefold mini and I can tell you: it's not so easy!! probably because I'm very bad at following directions, always want to try my own thing! lol Anyway, it's a bit thick and bulky but I really hope she likes it.

1st Mixed Media Tag

I've been watching RachO113 YT channel for a while now. She always amazed me with her creations and her mixed media projects. I decided to try one on my own and here is the result.

I picked up a piece of cardstock and played with it. I practice the collage technique, glimmer mist painting, distressing, embossing, crackle painting, acrylic painting... lol everything I wanted to try on it! And because I was having so much fun I decided to make my own handmade ribbon flower (I followed the tutorial of Jo (Paperdrama) ) adding some lace, feather and pearl ribbon.

Mini album "Blue Vintage" for a swap

This is the mini album I made for my first mini swap. It's for Kelly (hi!). We decided the theme was a favourite colour. She said she likes blue-turquoise and also the vintage style. I tried two incorporated these two elements in the album. It's a pretty big envelope album (6x9 inches). I hope she likes it! There's a youtube video with this album. Thanks! :D
